Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Lobster Tails are one of my favorite things to eat! I love, love, LOVE them!! Whenever my husband fires up the grill, I get me couple because grilled tails over steamed any day! I have a quick, simple recipe that's packed with so much  FLAVOR that I enjoy every single time! :)

You'll want to grab from your favorite grocery (Mine is H-E-B!)

  • Lobster Tails (3) or however many you want!
  • Olive oil
  • Minced garlic
  • H-E-B Fish Market Seasoning - Garlic, Onion and Rosemary

Butter Sauce for Dipping:

  • 1/2 stick of butter (1/4 cup)
  • Rosemary
  • Paprika
  • Italian Parsley
  • Pepper

I get my tails from H-E-B, where Everything's is Better! They were on sale for $5 so I grabbed three.

Next, I take my kitchen scissors and cut along the shell, and butterfly the tails, see below...

Take about 2 tablespoons of Olive oil and 2 tablespoons of garlic, combine and brush onto the Lobster meat.

The Fish Market seasonings from H-E-B had all the flavors I was going for! I used about 2 tablespoons and added after rubbing my garlic/olive oil blend, see it in the background? Soo good!

After seasoning my tails, I placed them on the grill and started my butter.

I used a bit over 1/2 stick of unsalted butter
The butter includes
Rosemary
Paprika
Italian Parsley
Pepper

I didn't measure, but I would say about a 1/2 tablespoon of each, more of less of the pepper depending on your own palate.

I melted the butter for 7 minutes on the grill along with lobster tails for their last 7 minutes on the grill. Give or take a little, but I grilled my tails for about 14 minutes.

And WALLLA!!

Enjoy your tails! These are so good and as I am typing up this entry, my mouth is watering!

ENJOY and

Be Great,

   Stephanie
