Starbucks Inspired Vanilla Bean Recipe

During this era of a new normal, I have had lots of fun in duplicating and trying out recipes from my family favorite places since we can't visit like we used to.  My kids have missed on our frequent trips to  Target, stopping at the in-store Starbucks for a frozen treat, their favorite is the Vanilla Bean Frappucino!  My youngest daughter asked if we could make our own for a taste of normalcy and we did!

The ingredients are as follows:

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Whole Milk
Sugar
Vanilla Extract
Whipped Cream

Appliances needed:

Blender

As you can see we love our HEB!

I have 3 kiddos who were eager for a sweet treat so to make enough in one go round, I used approximately 8 cups of  Ice Cream, for every cup I put in 1/2 cup of milk and topped it off with an extra 1 cup. I didn't use ice because I wanted them to be creamy. I added 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. BLEND! :)

If your mixture is too thick, add 1/2 cup of milk in increments until the desired consistency is met.

Pour in your glass of choice, I used these cute mugs I got from Dollar Tree (glass pint jar) Top with whipped cream, add a straw and ENJOY!

Be Great,

     Stephanie
